The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
All orders are shipped free of charge via our Free Shipping method.

3. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and securely packaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your package is damaged during delivery, please submit photo proof to our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
