At Calvéra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we make the process simple and straightforward. Please read the policy below carefully to understand your options and our procedures.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and securely packaged.
If you received a wrong item or a damaged package, please contact our customer service immediately.

Damaged Packages:
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to receive return instructions before sending any items back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Transit time is typically 4-7 business days, with a total delivery time of approximately 5-10 business days.
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM.
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
All orders are shipped free of charge via our Free Shipping method.
